Coordinator Needed for the 2021 ISG

From Carson Spencer

I hope many of our 547 members on the Boise Pickleball Facebook site have had the chance to play on our newest Pickleball courts in Hobble Creek Park. We do have a treasure in Treasury Valley. 12 dedicated fenced PB courts plus 4 dual use courts. We are looking for a coordinator for the 2021 Idaho Senior Games that hopefully will be played at the HCP complex. You do not have to be a senior to step up and help put this tournament together. Mike Thornton, Director of the Idaho Senior Games has stated that Hobble Creek Park will be the venue for Pickleball if the virus situation allows. This is one of the oldest tournaments in Idaho and now we have arguably the most efficient, well organized, best designed PB complex in the state of Idaho, so Hobble Creek Park could be the home of the Idaho Senior Games for the foreseeable future. Plus Mike Hoxie director of the Pacific Northwest Regional Tournament has an interest in having Boise host his tournament in the near future. If you would like to be the coordinator for the 2021 ISG please contact Mike Thornton at 208-861-8000 and work with him on the details of this tournament. If you haven’t seen Hobble Creek Park you gotta go play the best courts in Idaho.
